Description:
As a Software Engineer for Ad Systems, you will:

• Design and implement core components of the advertising platform for the query processing, indexing, ranking and serving of rich media native ads on mobile web and native Android and IOS applications.

• Design solutions using a combination of 3rd party, open source, and internally developed components for areas such as ad targeting, real-time bidding, bid optimization, campaign management, analytics, supply-side and demand-side tools

• Participate in peer design and code reviews, interviewing for new team members, and other activities to ensure Quixey engineering is world-class



As a Software Engineer you should have:

• 5+ years’ experience in building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed commercial software systems.

• Proficiency in object oriented design and development

• Excellent Java programming language skills required

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python is preferred.

• Knowledge of large scale data processing technologies such as ElasticSearch, Hadoop, Cassandra, Kafka, Spark etc.

• Familiarity with advertising business is highly desirable; prior experience building advertising systems is ideal

• BS/MS in Computer Science
