What you'll do Docusign is looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join our “New Revenue Team,” part of our product-led growth organization. As a member of the New Revenue Prototyping Team, you will collaborate closely with a team of engineers, product managers, and marketers to rapidly prototype, develop, test, and launch brand-new business concepts. This role goes beyond optimization — it’s about creating entirely new growth levers, customer experiences, and offerings that push the boundaries of what Docusign can do. You will be responsible for taking software from ideation to deployment, often venturing into uncharted territory, developing brand-new solutions and iterating based on real-world findings. You'll thrive by thinking creatively, understanding the business case for your projects, and setting the pace and breadth for engineers across the company. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Growth. Responsibility Create user-focused frontend experiences using React and Typescript/Javascript Create secure, efficient backend services in Typescript/Javascript, C#, or other object-oriented programming languages Adapt quickly to new technologies, coding languages and domains Develop and maintain automated tests for your code Raise issues proactively that might impact delivery commitments Participate in Agile environments using Scrum software development practices, automated unit testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and version control systems (Git) Work alone when necessary, with or without structure (e.g., tickets, stories, PRDs) Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years experience in Software Engineering, industry or otherwise Experience with React, Typescript/Javascript, HTML, CSS Experience with Python, Java or other object oriented programming languages Experience with integration of third-party APIs Experience with public cloud (e.g., Azure or AWS) Preferred Excellent problem solving skills Has gone “zero to one” in a fast paced environment Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and tool sets Knowledge and experience with accessibility and/or internationalization (e.g., i18n) Experience with Microsoft technology stack (e.g., C#, .NET) Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or CosmosDB. Proficient at writing query languages to gain insights Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
