Looking for a talented and driven Software Engineer with a strong background in JavaScript, React, CMS, Node and Python to join our fast-paced team in Chicago. This hybrid role (4 days on-site) is perfect for a developer who is front-end focused but has a full-stack mindset. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, etc.) to create interactive and responsive user interfaces. Work with CMS platforms to integrate content management systems with custom-built solutions. Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and code reviews. Collaborate in an Agile development environment, helping drive innovation and fast iteration cycles. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on React, Node and Python. Strong experience with front-end technologies (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, etc.) and integrating them into custom applications. Solid understanding of Python for server-side development. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Preferred Qualifications: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of microservices architecture. Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD). Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
