Minecraft Engineering Systems is seeking a Software Engineer II to join our Test Automation team. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality releases through Continuous Delivery and large-scale test automation. We are looking for a skilled C# and Azure developer to enhance our test automation services and supporting technologies. In this role, you will develop and maintain cloud services and engineering systems infrastructure, covering the entire engineering lifecycle. Your contributions will empower Mojang Studios to captivate new players, deliver innovative content, and expand to new platforms and titles for future generations.

**Responsibilities**
+ Enhance and maintain Minecraft test automation services and tools, ensuring a high standard of quality.
+ Lead by example within the team by producing simple, extensible, and maintainable code.
+ Improve the security and compliance of Minecraft systems and code.
+ Actively participate in design and code reviews, effectively communicating across teams and stakeholders to achieve results.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications** **: **
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including but not limited toC#
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience developing Applications and Services on Azure
**Preferred** **Qualifications:**
+ Experience with Microsoft engineering systems (1ES) including Azure DevOps pipelines and security/compliance tooling.
+ Experience withAzure infrastructure as code usingPowershellandTerraform.
+ Experience developing Applications and Services on Azure Kubernetes.
Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
