The Production Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring availability and reliability of assigned production applications within a line of business (LOBs) of Compliance. To perform this function, the resource will have to perform daily tasks assigned by the Production Support Lead.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years' experience with Unix and Shell Scripting5+ years' experience with Database (Oracle & Terdata)Experience working with HadoopExperience in ETL tool – InformaticaExperience in monitoring tools like ITRS Geneous, SplunkExperience in Job scheduling tool - AutosysAware of ITIL concepts like Incident and Problem Management

Desired Qualifications:

ITIL Process KnowledgeExcellent verbal and written communicationWilling to be flexible sometimes with providing stand-by out of hours support on rotational basis for production system (as needed)Good understanding of financial/banking industryCreative and strong problem solving skillsAbility to operate in high-pressure situationsResults oriented, and must be able to effectively interact with Senior Management and Business PartnersAbility to troubleshoot issues and perform RCA at a short intervalAbility to think out of box and provide innovative solutionsWork independently and take up ownership of tasks
