Capabilities: 

Work both individually and as part of a team to design and implement software solutions Collaborate with other engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure project success and meet development goalsUtilize programming skills in Python and Java to design, implement, and optimize software components Develop, maintain, and enhance software based on documented requirementsTroubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure reliability and performance Review and test software for adherence to requirements and document resultsProvide design input to include hardware/software trades, software reuse, use of COTS/ GOTS, and requirements analysis/synthesis from system level to individual software components

Qualifications:

Eighteen (18) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity or fourteen (14) years and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
