This is a hybrid role, and teams are expected to be in office once or twice a week. In this role, you will contribute to the company’s foundation of cloud platform and operational excellence by building and refining infrastructure and operations for Planview’s offerings. From crafting automation to ease deployments for our engineering teams to improving resilience of our platform infra, your position will offer opportunities for wide-ranging impact and responsibility. As a member of our growing Flow Platform team, you will work closely with stakeholders to provide services required for our engineering teams to develop, deploy, and operate their software services with confidence and speed. Contribute to the design of cross-cutting technical solutions that increases efficiency and reduces the operational toil within the company. What You'll Do Implement features and bug fixes for automation services that Planview Digital Product Development relies on to provide quality software. Build and enhance tools to support developer productivity and robust development services and infrastructure. Provide comprehensive monitoring and actionable alerts to bring our SLOs to life. This includes our infrastructure and infrastructure we provide as a service to Product Development ensuring trustworthy alerts and relevant service quality feedback. Communicate ideas effectively to fellow team members and business stakeholders through technical assessments, scrum meetings, demos, incidents, etc. Participate in on-call rotation, incident remediations, abiding to SLA's What You'll Bring Looking for 3 to 6 years of experience. We are predominantly on AWS, so comprehensive knowledge of the AWS cloud ecosystem is required Interest in automation, identifying gaps and ways to improvement them through automation and taking the lead on initiatives with help from our co-operative team Experience with continuous integration/deployment tooling such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Bitbucket Pipelines etc., Familiarity with infrastructure and Configuration Management tooling such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, Chef or Puppet. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker. Experience working with version control software such as Git. Professional experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Perl, or Bash. Experience working with Linux OS such as Ubuntu or CentOS. Familiarity working with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
