About the role:
As a Software Engineer you could work with bleeding edge technology as you build innovative fintech products that change the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve developing core versions of software applications, identifying client requirements and technical specifications, interacting with engineering groups and training clients on applications.

What you will be doing:

Working on FinTech projects for the biggest banks in the worldWorking with the latest payment solutions (PSD2, SWIFT, SEPA, SEPA Instant)Analyzing requirements and translating business requirements into designsDeveloping program logic for new applications or analyzing and modifying logicCoding, testing, debugging, and documenting software applicationsEnsuring that system improvements are successfully implementedWriting technical specifications and other forms of documentationMay provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals

What you will need:

Must have:

3+ years of application development experienceKnowledge of Java (JDK 1.8/1.7), JEE, Maven, Hibernate, EJB 3.1, MQ, SQL, REST, XML, XSD, JSONExperience with continuous integration – Jenkins, unit tests, integration tests, selenium-based testsExperience with Application Servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, or JBoss) and Oracle databaseEnglish B2

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes environmentKnowledge of Linux environmentExcellent problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management skillsPayment expertise e.g. SEPA, SWIFT MT will be an asset
