As a Software Engineer II, Agent Tools you’ll be responsible for working with technical teams to create software solutions that use prevailing technologies and improving the customers’ experience while adhering to business and technical requirements. Develop, modify, enhance, and implement software systems designed to support business initiatives.
WHAT OUR SOFTWARE ENGINEER II ENJOYS MOST
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Understand and code basic features, functions and definitions.Implement pre-designed solutions as instructed by team lead following best practices and approved code patterns.Assists in the design (and understands the implementation of) new functionality based on team guidance and standards.Understand the different Charter applicable technical systems and how to utilize them.Assist in fixes to defects raised. Complete assigned tasks within a given timeframe.Submit code for code review and applies feedback.Facilitate testing of software applications.Execute test plans. Participate in triage sessions and debug reported issues.Provide LOE on a capability level.Develop software under limited supervision.Collaborate with other teams, within a feature team, and/or a focus group.Demonstrate awareness of industry security, regulatory and legal compliance considerations.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
