As a Tier 3 System Support Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing advanced technical Support and troubleshooting for complex system issues. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing exceptional Support to our customers.
\n\nYou will report directly to our Tier 3 Support Manager, and you will work out of our Raleigh, NC location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days.
\n\nIn this role, you will impact the success and reliability of our systems by resolving complex technical issues and providing top-tier Support to our customers. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be vital in maintaining the performance and functionality of our systems.

\n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering\n\tStrong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies\n\tExcellent problem-solving and communication skills\n\tStrong programming skills with knowledge of C#, C++, JAVA, JAVA Script, Python, PowerShell, and PL/SQL programming languages.\n\n\nWE VALUE
