As a Software Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for the design, development, and testing of software solutions for aerospace applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design software architectures, and implement high-quality code. \nIn this role, you will impact the development of software solutions that enable safer and more efficient air travel. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our software systems. \nKey Responsibilities
\n\nUnder minimum supervision of an experienced software engineer, you must apply software engineering and analytical skills while following the organization’s software processes.\nYou will be responsible for managing requirements, design, code, test, and integrate real-time embedded software for Inertial Navigation Systems with an embedded Global Positioning System receiver and/or other SG&N product lines such as atmospheric sensing systems.\nYou will analyze and resolve software discrepancies\nYou will be a member of a cross-functional development team where communication and teaming skills are highly valued.\n\nThis is how your time will be spent:
