Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** • Designed and developed web applications using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NodeJS. • Proficient in ReactJS, Redux, React Hooks, and building responsive, user-friendly interfaces. • Strong focus on UX/UI principles: responsive design, accessibility (a11y), and performance optimization. • Experienced in creating interactive UIs with state management, dynamic components, and smooth navigation. • Skilled in integrating RESTful APIs, handling asynchronous data, and optimizing user interactions for better performance. • Implemented reusable UI components and design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms. • Utilized modern ReactJS libraries like React Router, Material-UI, and styled-components to enhance UI/UX. • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, version control with Git, and AWS services like Lambda for cloud integration. **Other** + Embody our Culture and Values **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** : + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR equivalent experience. + 1+ years of experience in single page web app UX development in TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Redux/Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX/REST API/JSON handling. **Other Requirements:** Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
