Process Overview

AML KYC team part of Global Banking and Markets Technology provides technology solutions to support the AML KYC of the global banking/markets clients across regions. This is specifically for KYC Refresh process that is one of the downstream systems responsible for performing Refresh and closured. The key functions performed are planning, business understanding, application design & development, and application life-cycle planning.

Job Description*

Technology team is looking for a Java, Full Stack developer wells versed in Java,/J2EE/Spring/Sprint Boot/Angular technologies . The associate would be performing an Individual Contributor roles who can work independently , deliver quality code adhering to all the standards and non functional requirements. The individual would be responsible for  delivering software to accomplish business outcomes. Key responsibilities of the role includes ensuring that software is maintained, to meet all functional requirements, complex query optimization, data analysis ,code fixes and ad hoc reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand the user requirements, transcribe them to design and write quality code.

• Excellent Analytical and Problem solving capabilities.

• Participate in and work on all aspects of the technical design & specification phase of projects. Ensure solutions are defined for all requirements, solutions are agreed to by the business line and other IT teams, options are provided for large or complicated changes and all functional design is documented and delivered to an exceptional quality and is consistent across deliveries.

• Provide subject matter expertise to support development & testing of project deliverables and validation of quality assurance.

• Develop, implement and support the project according the specification agreed.

• Ensure business engineering standards are applied by all parties involved in projects and deliveries. Participate in initiatives to improve standard business engineering practice.

Requirements

Education*

B.E/B Tech/M.E./M Tech 

M.C.A [with B.Sc., B Com, BBM]

M.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, S/W, Mathematics, Electronics)

Certifications If Any: Any certification related to Java and Agile

 Experience Range*

• 4 - 6 years of experience in Software Java Development.

Foundational skills*

• Java, Java EE, Spring, Sprig MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular

• Apache Kafka

• Oracle, SQL

. Maven, Jenkins, Junit, SONAR

• Eclipse, Linux, Tomcat

• Experienced IT developer (at least 5 years).

• Self-driven, confident, strategic but pragmatic, good communicator and team player

• Knowledge of full development lifecycle, data analysis and structured analysis and design methods

• Strong technical skills, including technical specification writing

• Ability to work without close supervision, yet to rigid timescales

• Dynamic, pro-active mentality

• Strong technical background

• Distributed system development and maintenance

• Experience of test planning and test script design

• Fault tracking methods.

Desired skills:

• Autosys

• Experience in banking domain

10.30 to 8.30 pm. IST (Need to flexible as per business need)
