What you’ll be doing: 

You will be part of eCommerce team and partner with both business and technology teams to design and develop in-house data driven solutions for complex decision-making problems through systematic application of computer science, analytics, mathematical optimization, and machine learning as well as applying cutting edge technologies in the areas of eCommerce. Work closely with product management and program management to derive application requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress.

Strong team player who fosters a collaborative and inclusive frontend development environment.Self-driven and highly motivated with a strong focus on executing frontend development objectives.Proven experience in designing and building responsive, high-performance web applications using React, NodeJs, NextJs with TypeScript.Expert in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite), module bundling, and CI/CD pipelinesDeep understanding of modern frontend architectures, including Micro Frontend (MFE), SSR/SSG, and component designArchitect and implement Web Security best practices, SEO optimization.Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, React Server Components)Expertise in frontend performance optimization, Web APIs, and browser storageStrong version control (Git) and code review practicesProven ability to enhance site performance through Core Web Vitals optimizationSkilled in building optimized frontend applications supporting seamless user experiencesContinuously evaluate and incorporate emerging frontend technologies

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer with React, TypeScript, and NodeJs3+ years experience with Next.js, including SSR/SSG implementationsExpert in Web Performance optimization and mobile-first developmentProficient in modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, CSS-in-JS, responsive design)Advanced experience with React Query and Redux for state managementComprehensive TDD skills using Jest/Jasmine, Playwright/Cypress, and RTLExperience implementing and testing ADA compliance standardsStrong expertise in Core Web Vitals optimization:  LCP optimization using Lighthouse and WebPageTestFID optimization with code splitting and lazy loadingCLS management using modern CSS techniquesAdvanced browser debugging and cross-browser testing skillsProficient with error tracking (Sentry, LogRocket, Splunk) and analytics (GTM, GA4)Expert in Git workflows and CI/CD practices

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications 

Proven experience taking an idea from inception to life with an ability to explore a variety of opensource technologies.  Experience with developing, deploying, and launching software products on public cloud preferably Microsoft Azure.
