We are seeking a Software Engineer III who shall be responsible for developing, sustaining, and troubleshooting GHOSTGEM's software suite of applications including JEDIPOWER and possibly future capabilities as mission needs arise. Software development activities include implementation, testing, and integration with other COTS and FOSS products, packages, and libraries. The Software Engineer must have a demonstrated understanding of the software development life cycle.\n

Position requires an active TS\/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.\n
\n

Position Required Skills:\n\nExperience using the Linux CLI\nExperience with scripting using Bash\/Python\nExperience developing with Java in a Linux environment.\nExperience with the Spring Framework including Spring Boot, Spring Data and Spring Integration \nExperience with Messaging Frameworks such as RabbitMQ and Kafka\nExperience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB \nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and containerd\nExperience with CI\/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI and Bamboo\nExperience with IaC principles, concepts, and tools including Ansible\nExperience with Source Control Systems such as Git\n\n

Position Desired Skills: \n\nExperience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes\nExperience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence \n\n
\n

Qualifications: \n

Master's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\n

OR\n

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity\n

OR\n

Nine (9) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\n
