Job Responsibilities:

Exceptional Troubleshooting Experience, Skilled in SQL and Front-end application workflow.Understanding of database and table structure.Ability to troubleshoot errors, identify processes impacting performance, connect to databases hosted by the client.Identify client network connectivity issues, install applications.Ability to assist with login and password issues for patients, providers and office staff.

Technical Skills:

Windows Admin - Active Directory, Group policies, RD Gateway (Remote Desktop), Performance Optimization, Printer configuration, File share permissions Networking – VPN tunneling, Network Connectivity DBA – Performance Tuning/ optimization, Indexing, DB maintenance.
