Job Functions: + Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, document, and implement software solutions that align with project requirements and business goals. + Collaborate with the development team, stakeholders, and participate in Agile ceremonies. + Conduct bug investigations and verification tasks. + Participate in technical design meetings and contribute to the overall design of solutions/products. + Research and develop solutions for problems identified by QA or Support. + Write secure code according to best practices (familiarity with OWASP vulnerabilities and solutions). + Understand CI/CD build and deployment strategies. + Conduct unit testing and integration testing for functionality, security, and limits. + Continuously improve coding skills and learn development best practices Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field + 2 years experience as a software engineer or technical software analyst Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field + 4 years experience as a software engineer or technical software analyst + Strong foundation in programming fundamentals and computer science concepts. + Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as .NET, REACT, C#, or SQL Database programming. + Familiarity with CI-CD pipeline development + Familiarity with code-assist development tools like Microsoft Co-pilot + Familiarity with code validation systems like SonarQube + Familiarity with Cloud-based engineering (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Other Qualifications + Must be 18 years of age or older Compensation The compensation range for this position is $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
