Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Software Engineering Intern to join our team! In this role you will get to learn from experienced engineers and work on projects that directly impact the success of our missions.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a summer internship opportunity for a technically promising college student with computer programming skills.You will be mentored by members of our software development team to provide support to both internal and customer focused projects.Develop and test software components for UI on existing products.Analyze and troubleshoot software issues.Implement new features and bug fixes in existing software.Write and maintain software documentation.Perform other duties as assigned.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Must be enrolled in a Computer Science curriculum at an accredited college or university and have completed typically 1+ year of studies (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Sciences, etc.).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.Attention to detail and good time management.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Must be a US Citizen.This position is located onsite in Colorado Springs.

What Desired Skills (Course Experience) You'll Bring:

Kubernetes and Docker experience.Kotlin development experience.React development experience.Web application experience.C and/or C++ , Python .

Salary Range: 

$21.44 - $37.55
