Robert Bosch LLC seeks Software Engineer (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 15000 Haggerty Road, Plymouth, MI 48170. Design and implement solutions for driving systems involving situation analysis and threat assessment of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features. Work with other experts to propose state-of-the-art solutions for rear and corner radar functions. Verify and validate features and functions with simulation tools and large amounts of data. Document and communicate decisions according to system designs and architecture to the responsible engineers. Work with hardware, software, application, and test engineers to develop ADAS control systems according to the V-model. Participate in reviews for requirements, designs, and implementations. Communicate with other system / software architects globally to share knowledge and lessons learned. Telecommuting: Hybrid, 2 days per week in office. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or other occupation involving software programming within the automotive industry. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Software programming in C++; (2) Driver assistance sensor technologies and functions; (3) Automotive software engineering principles and processes; (4) Open-loop and closed loop ECU software simulation; and (5) System/software architecture models.
