The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform, which includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, a strong technical background, and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions. What you'll do + Solution Design and Architecture + Lead the design and architecture of solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform to meet business requirements. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. + Create and maintain documentation related to solution architecture, processes, and workflows. + Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards. Development and Implementation + Develop custom applications, workflows, and reports using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. + Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications. + Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase. + Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of solutions. Continuous Improvement and Optimization + Identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing solutions and processes. + Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem. + Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the seamless deployment and maintenance of solutions. + Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of solutions. What you'll need + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Extensive experience with Microsoft's Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages. + Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL. + Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure. + Familiarity with other Microsoft products such as Dynamics 365 and SharePoint. + Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and data integration techniques. + 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, application development, or a related role. + Proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions using the Power Platform. + Experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Soft Skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
