The Opportunity

As a Salesforce Engineer you will be responsible for transforming design and product vision into working product and you will develop, customize, and enhance functionalities of Salesforce. You will contribute to development of a cutting-edge platform that empowers our organization's digital capabilities for Patients and Healthcare Professionals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with other agile/scrum team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancementsMaintain and develop for digital products (client facing application side) and continuously delivers enhancements through CI/CD practices.Use agile engineering practices and various software and Web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experienceContinuously reach out to demonstrate and validate developed functionalityAbility to work in complex environment and enjoy working autonomously.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management or a related study, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience developing software as a full-stack developer with strong orientation towards Salesforce based technologies and having worked in DevOps model and agile methodologies.Good to have : Salesforce Industry Accreditation in Salesforce Health CloudKnowledge of working in a multi-org salesforce platform architecture and its supporting infrastructure components.Experience with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications and application securitySound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex informationAbility to write and speak in the English language.
