Senior:
Estimated annual base pay: $130,800.00 (minimum) - $163,500.00 (midpoint) - $196,200.00 (maximum)
Staff:
Estimated annual base pay: $142,000.00 (minimum) - $177,500.00 (midpoint) - $213,000.00 (maximum)

Software engineers develop various software types, including embedded systems, user interfaces, regression tests, hardware-in-the-loop integration tests, control system tools, database systems, operating systems, compilers, interpreters, and device drivers. They apply standard engineering principles, practices, and procedures, adhering to software and compliance standards. Responsibilities encompass designing and implementing solutions, creating and executing tests, and providing general support.
What you will be doing…
Senior:
Design, support, and test moderate to high complexity software systems.
Utilize software development and analysis tools (editors, compilers, debuggers, etc.).
Create specifications, conduct research, and prepare reports.
Develop and execute test plans and devise new solutions to problems.
Handle complex tasks with conflicting requirements.
Estimate work effort and assist in project planning.
Lead engineering technical reviews.
Manage project tasks and direct multiple engineers.
Participate in strategic planning and process improvement.
Engage in customer and industry presentations.
Staff:
Design, support, and test complex software systems.
Expert in development and analysis tools.
Develop and execute test plans; provide technical guidance.
Conduct complex research and develop new techniques.
Estimate work efforts and assist in project planning.
Lead technical reviews and manage projects.
Mentor others and engage in strategic planning.
Maintain customer and industry contact.
Provide performance feedback to managers.
What we are looking for…
Senior:
US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Technical/Science or international equivalent required
Greater than 4 years professional software engineering experience or a combination of experience and advanced degree required
Solid experience with software development and/or verification required
Staff:
US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Technical/Science or international equivalent required
Greater than 8 years professional software engineering experience or a combination of experience and advanced degree required
Strong experience with software development and/or verification required
