We support two Data Centers, 15,000 Distributed platforms, 24 Mainframe Regions, a secure and reliable Network connecting all the technology across the bank footprint and process approximately 635,000 automated jobs per month. In addition to that foundational technology level, we own the operational support processes, monitoring and command center that provide a unified, well-managed technology response when issues arise. We deliver innovative, and compelling technology solutions, in partnership with our line of business CIOs, to enhance the internal customer experience that enables our business partners to deliver.Primary Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development and Administration of Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules. Providing architectural, design, configuration/development and operational support for VR and SIR. Prepare and conduct VR and CC and related dependencies updates. Provide ServiceNow functional and process expertise in building world class programs.
ServiceNow Development, configuration, administration, and support for ServiceNow VR and SIR modules.Provide VR and SIR solutions in terms of architecture, design, and operational support as it relates to ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR) modules.Installation and Configuration of VR and SIR Plugins for lower environments (DEV, QA, UAT, ARCH, Training).VR and SIR solution design, configuration/development, and operational support as it relates to integrations, customized CI lookup Rules, Watch Topics, Assignment Rules, Grouping Rules, Risk Calculator Rules, Remediation Target Rules, Auto Close/Auto Delete Rules, Exception Rules, Notifications, Classification Rules, SLA definition, Severity/Normality Mapping, Classification Rules, and Background Jobs.Design and develop solutions to enrich Vulnerability Items and Test Result Records and other VR and SIR tables to enhance VR and SIR capabilities.Support Remediation process flows for Vulnerability Response and Security Incident ResponseDesign, Configure and support data integrations (REST API) and schedules (Qualys, WIZ, Solution Manager, Threat Intelligence, NVD, JIRA and Salesforce Spoke, Webhook, Other).Design, Configure and support Flow Designer flows and sub flows leveraging REST API for data exchange.Leverage JIRA as part of the SDLC Agile Development process (ServiceNow VR/SIR Story creation, Sprint Planning, Point Estimation, Testing and Deployment Documentation creation, Deployment for lower environments and support Preproduction and Production Deployments).Provide VR and SIR support (SN Admin and VR/SIR Admin) lower environments (DEV, QA, UAT, ARCH, Training).Liaison with ServiceNow Platform Administrators (enterprise level) as it relates to VR and SIR impacts on ServiceNow Platform configuration and properties.Liaison with CMDB Team to enhance CMDB as it relates to VR and SIR data requirements.Design Runbooks for Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response processes and procedures.Enhance Reporting capability of both VR and SIR as it relates to Reports and Performance Analytics.Customize and support VR and SIR roles and groups.Plan and support VR and SIR and dependencies upgrades.Education and Experience Required:Minimum of an Associate’s degree and 5 years’ systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years’ systems analysis/application development experienceServiceNow Developer or Administrator certificationServiceNow Implementation CertificationFamiliar with application development software and hardware platformsProficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet softwareCapable of working on multiple projects of a complex natureExcellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolutionStrong verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audienceStrong organizational and time management skillsDetail-orientedStrong lateral thinking skillsExperience coordinating between Applications and business unitsExperience recommending and implementing systems solutionsExperience driving project milestones and delivery datesEducation and Experience Preferred: Good understanding of the Bank’s application frameworkServiceNow SecOps implementation certificateSubject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supportedAdvanced understanding of applications supported with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applicationsAbility to work in a team environment as well as autonomouslyAbility to multitask for various components of complex projectsAction-orientedPro-activeAdvanced knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU)We support our team members with generous benefits.
