Job Summary:

SimSolid (www.altair.com/simsolid) is a simulation software application to perform different types of analysis (static, dynamics, thermal, electromagnetics, etc.) on complex structural systems. It is based on a generalization of Finite Element Method and is a breakthrough in the world of computer aided design and engineering. 

We are looking for creative software developers and research scientists with a background in Applied Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, or Computational Geometry. We can offer an interesting job for candidates with different software development levels. 

What You Will Do:

Actively involved in all stages of the software development cycle, from getting requirements and up to internal testing of new features Participate in design of new algorithms and features and implement them with minimal supervision 

What You Will Need: 

At least 3 years of experience in C++ Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Science or other relevant technical discipline Practical experience in Qt is an asset A willingness and ability to learn new ideas and technologies quickly
