You must be a problem solver, a fast learner, and comfortable wearing many hats. 🧢 You will play a critical role in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems that support our manufacturing, energy, and supercharger platforms. 🚀 This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects while collaborating with a talented and multidisciplinary team. 🤝 Requirements  + 4+ years of experience as a backend developer. + Proficiency in Go, Java, C++, Rust, or similar programming languages. + Strong knowledge of backend development, including SQL databases, networking, and security. + Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular.js, Svelte). + Experience with rigorous software development practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems across multiple layers of the stack. 🛠️ + Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback on technical designs and code reviews. + 🌐 Advanced English.  Desirable + Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). ☁️ + Knowledge of distributed systems and data consistency challenges. 📊 + Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) or hardware interfaces.
