We are looking for talented software engineers to join our team and contribute to the continued growth and success of Virtuoso, one of Cadence’s most successful products. This job requires proficiency in C++ or Python. Solid understanding of data structures, machine learning, data science and algorithms is important. In this position, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to improve our automatic analog design flow by applying skills listed above as well as get exposure to areas like analog design. You’ll be contributing to the foundation on which our customers are building today’s artificial intelligence innovations, smart devices and self-driving cars. Basic Requirements: + Pursuing B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in engineering, computer science or related field. + Proficiency in C++/Python with good knowledge of data science and ML algorithms. Nice to have: + Knowledge of the standard library, STL containers and algorithms. + Familiarity with Linux/Unix development. + Exposure to the Cadence Virtuoso environment or other electronic design platforms. + Knowledge of electrical circuits, transistors, and their analysis We’re doing work that matters.
