Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.


Primary Responsibilities:

Design and develop reusable Microservice capabilities that meet customer requirements while upholding high standards of reliability, security, maintainability, and performance Lead solving complex problems and/or conduct complex analysis Build in monitoring instrumentation into applications Troubleshoot and support production systems when required Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science (related field) or equivalent work experience  5+ years  of experience as software professionals with solid computer science fundamentals including but not limited to data structure, algorithms, networking, parallel and distributed computing 5+ years of software development experience 3+ years of development experience and expertise with AWS / AZURE / GCP using cloud native technologies (Not only infra) and Kubernetes (or any container orchestrator) 3+ years of experience in Cloud Implementations such as AWS / GCP Experience in developing/coding software components in Java or Scala, Spring framework, Spring Boot framework Experience on Databases, SQL programming, No SQL DBs - DynamoDB, ElasticSearch Experience on Python, Maven, RESTAPI's, Microservices Experience with Test Driven Development and Agile methodologies Expertise in Java or Scala programming language Proficient in learning & adopting new technologies and use them to execute the use cases for business problem solving Thorough understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles: object-oriented development, Microservices, data access layer management, usability, debugging, and configuration management Demonstrated ability to apply the knowledge of principles and techniques to solve technical problems and write code based on technical design Demonstrated technical capability (in writing) clearly to the use case scenarios presented during evaluation


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Health Care Industry Experience in Master Data Management or Record Linkage domain Experience developing SPA applications with a solid grasp in one or more relevant front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js etc) Experience on building Streaming Solutions using Kafka Experience on Apache Spark Understanding of Statistics and Probability, some experience with ML algorithms
