Primary Responsibilities:
Be curious and quick learner for Tech needed for the project. Should be able to explore and suggest new Ideas/Tech for the projectLead and SLO role for P1/P2/P3 applications
Review of all production changes to approve
Support external audit requests
Be able to understand the feature requirements from the product and be able to come up with Technical Solutions keeping in mind the Scalability, Extensibility, Security, Cost etc. Come up with a plan break down the feature in workable stories. Work closely with Product & Development team
The Delivered feature should be of Quality with low defect rate
Work collaboratively with the team and should be able to help others on technical issues or functional questions they might have
Be able to own a feature and run through with the team and deliver on agreed upon timelines
Be very solid in analyzing & providing complete Technical solutions for the given problems
Coaching and mentoring of other team members and helping them in Business/technical challenges
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Own the applications’ technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems
Develops innovative approaches
Serves as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:
B.E/MCA/B.Tech / MTECH /MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant) 10+ years of experience EDI transactions, ANSIX12 and HIPPA Experience working in Java Good experience on using Jenkins, Github, CI/CD pipeline Good knowledge of Agile practices Solid knowledge on HIPPA standards and EDI formats (834,837 and 820) Skill to support application, and fix issues quickly. Solid skills to drive and resolve issues in war-rooms (P1/P2 critical issues) Proven solid debugging skills Proven ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements Proven solid problem solving, analytical skills Proven good communication and presentation skills Proven good attitude and self-motivated Adaptable to work in evening shift (11:30 am - 8.30 pm or 2:30 PM - 12AM)Preferred Qualifications:
