DraftKings is seeking to hire a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Casino Native Automation team. This team plays a crucial role in developing cutting-edge automation frameworks for our native mobile casino applications. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our engineering roadmap and steering the future of our Casino product lines. Beyond technical leadership, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor and guide our team members, helping them grow and thrive in their careers.

What you’ll do as a Software Engineering Manager

Inspire and lead a team of engineers focused on advancing our Casino mobile applications.

Foster team growth through career management and constructive feedback.

Drive technical innovation by collaborating with your engineers and the broader Casino organization.

Engage in hands-on software development when needed.

Play a crucial role in recruiting and interviewing top talent.

 What you’ll bring   

5+ years of experience in large-scale mobile software development environments (Swift or Kotlin)

1+ years of leading and mentoring an engineering development team, including setting KPIs and supporting performance reviews.

Expertise in mobile app development, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and release processes, coupled with familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and version control (Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile environments.

Familiarity with security and performance testing practices is a plus.

Proven track record in mobile app testing and device farms (Firebase Test Lab, AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack).
