What you will do

·       Lead Development Team: Oversee and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and quality.

·       Technical Oversight: Provide architectural guidance and technical direction for projects utilizing Node.js, Go, APIs, AngularJS, and ReactJS.

·       Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices in software development processes, enhancing efficiency, code quality, and team productivity.

·       Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members, conducting regular reviews to ensure continuous growth and development.

·       Collaborate with Project Management and Product Management to create the planning and the roadmap, support the program execution and deliver the solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

·       Experienced team leader: You have a proven track record of successfully managing software engineering teams and leading projects from inception to completion.

·       Technical Expert: You possess a full stack expertise, with strong experience on Node.js and web technologies, with the ability to make informed architectural decisions.

·       Effective Communicator: You excel in communication, making complex technical concepts accessible to non-technical stakeholders and team members alike.
