**Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join the Ticketing team in Enterprise Engineering.As a member of the team, you will play a key role in reimagining productivity and scaling our datacenter operations to support the company's goal of building Artificial General Intelligence. **Required Skills:** Software Engineering Manager Responsibilities: 1. Be both highly technical and an effective people manager 2. Lead a team of engineers and product managers in the ideation and technical development of innovative solutions to streamline and automate critical business processes 3. Provide strategic and operational oversight to achieve optimal outcomes 4. Work closely with business leaders to develop short and long-term strategies 5. Manage business expectations, resolve conflicts, and keep businesses aligned 6. Develop and drive execution on 6 month and 1 year roadmaps 7. Drive innovation, establish new approaches in improving productivity 8. Establish a metrics based organization, develop key operational metrics and push for continuous improvement **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. 5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management 10. 5+ years experience in building scalable customer or enterprise products 11. 5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management building holistic web based software solution, API design, and interactions between servers and clients 12. 5+ years experience coding in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Python and/or PHP 13. Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management 14.
