Luminator Technology group is looking for a Software Engineering Manager for Management Software to control stationary smart displays in the transit industry (for example at train stations, bus stops, airports). About the Role: As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead and inspire our team of backend and frontend engineers, and DevOps specialists working on our Management Software for Transit. Your role is critical in driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful product delivery. Responsibilities: + Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. + Technical Strategy: Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap for the team, driving innovation and excellence. + Project Delivery: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and high-quality releases. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, customer success teams, and stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business objectives. + Talent Development: Identify skill gaps, provide training opportunities, and encourage continuous learning and growth within the team.
