You Are:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering (Production Support) to join our Production Support team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JIRA, ServiceNow (SNOW), Analytical Skills, CMDM/HIP Domain Knowledge, and Membership & Provider Data Domain Knowledge. This role involves troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of applications in a fast-paced production environment.
The Opportunity:
· Monitor, investigate, and resolve production issues related to Membership & Provider Data.
· Troubleshoot and debug Java-based applications to ensure system stability.
· Use JIRA and SNOW to track incidents, manage changes, and handle service requests.
· Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
· Work closely with development and QA teams to improve system performance and reliability.
· Develop and enhance automation scripts for monitoring and issue resolution.
· Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for production support and change management.
· Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support for critical system issues.

What you need:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proficiency in Java with experience in debugging and troubleshooting production issues.
· Strong working knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident tracking and resolution.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex production issues.
· In-depth understanding of CMDM (Customer Data Management), HIP (Healthcare Integrated Platform), Membership & Provider Data Domains.
· Experience in SQL, scripting, and automation tools to streamline production support activities.
· Hands-on experience in application monitoring, debugging, and root cause analysis (RCA).
· Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
· Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $72,000-$109,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
