About The Role

As a Software Equipment Engineer, you will join our Equipment and Process department in Eindhoven. This team is dedicated to ensuring that our in-house developed production machines and R&D equipment operate efficiently 24/7 through continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities:

Facilitate expert teams and multidisciplinary improvement groups by translating needs into concrete designs or modifications and preparing the associated documentation for knowledge transfer.

Manage software configuration, including version control, preparing CE dossiers, and assisting and training equipment engineers and technicians in using documentation.

Support Process Control and Maintenance by consulting with suppliers on specific problems or failures.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (SW);

Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience;

A basic VCA diploma (or are willing to obtain it);

Experience in software development in the field of machine construction;

A team player who can work independently and quality-oriented;

Solution-oriented and proactive

Strong project leadership, planning and organizational skills;

Excellent communication and social skills.
