Learn more at www.varonis.com. The Role:We are looking for an experienced Python developer to join our growing DatAdvantage Cloud group. You will be responsible for the server-side of our web applications. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a Back-end developer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs. The Escalation Engineer must learn fast and adapt to quickly changing technology in order to provide top-tier support for our product line. This position will investigate customer issues with our products and provide timely resolution while coordinating with our support and development teams. The Responsibilities:Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debuggingWrite clean code to develop functional web applicationsTroubleshoot and debug applicationsPerform UI tests to optimize performanceManage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applicationsCollaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logicGather and address technical and design requirementsProvide training and support to internal teamsBuild reusable code and libraries for future useLiaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new featuresFollow emerging technologies The Requirements:5 years of experience in development (At least 2 years experience in developing big systems with Python) - MustExcellent analytical and time management skillsTeamwork skills with a problem-solving attitudeAdvantages:Asynchronous programming and experience in developing performance-critical applicationsWorking with AWS, Docker, and microservices Experience with Machine LearningAlgorithms development (collaborative filtering, similarity, data normalization, clustering)
