The Escalation Engineering Team Leader must learn fast and adapt to quickly changing technology and lead a team that provides top-tier Engineering solutions for our product line. You will be leading a team of highly qualified Escalation Engineers who work on researching solutions to complex product issues involving the customers’ environment, designing and implementing solutions, providing training, advising on usage, and advanced troubleshooting.
