Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Software Implementation project in Cranston, Rhode Island. As part of our team, your primary role will be to facilitate the transition of financial data from our current system to QuickBooks Online. This role involves comprehensive data migration, system setup, and training for multiple users. Responsibilities: • Lead the migration of financial data from the existing legacy system to QuickBooks Online • Assist in the configuration of QuickBooks Online, including the chart of accounts, financial groups, budgets, and recurring journal entries • Identify and resolve duplicates and inconsistencies during data cleanup • Deliver training to users on the features and functionalities of QuickBooks Online • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a successful transition • Leverage your knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Business Requirement Document, Data Migration, and Cloud implementations for efficient execution of tasks Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role as a Software Implementation Analyst • Strong knowledge of Cloud Technologies and their application in business environments • Proficient in the use of Active Directory and its associated services • Extensive experience with Backup Technologies and their practical applications • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage Business Requirement Documents • Proven experience in Data Migration, including planning, execution, and troubleshooting • Experience with Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, and maintenance • Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online for business accounting and financial management tasks Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
