**Description**
APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Develop the test strategy, and execute testing for internal and customer facing AppleCare applications and systems. Develop and maintain technical subject matter expertise on supported software products. Analyze functional and non-functional changes, evaluating for impact on product integrity, stability, and customer experience. Provide product feedback to product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to positively influence product quality. Develop and iterate on a comprehensive test strategy that describes the testing approach used within the software product development life cycle. Develop and maintain a complete library of test cases covering a broad spectrum of testing types appropriate for the supported product, including functionality, API, UI, performance, security, usability, accessibility, internationalization, smoke, regression, and acceptance. Curate test support documents such as test plans, defect reporting, and risk assessments. Utilize and contribute to test automation for supported products, including both web-based and native application support. Leverage learned scripting skill to create, edit, and maintain automated test cases for use during and before the testing phase in conjunction with manual testing efforts. Utilize automation server to achieve continuous integration testing for supported product as defined within test strategy. Investigate and resolve automation failures to ensure continuous testing through all phases of projects. Lead product testing efforts across global cross-functional teams, including internal and vendor employees at various testing skill levels. Collect and analyze defects and defect trends. Triage defects and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution. Communicate accurate product status through defect reporting and regular reviews with the product team. Produce risk assessments for product releases that include defect analysis, defect reporting, and risk management plans. 40 hours/week. **Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
+ 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
+ Using Selenium to automate web-based applications
+ Using Java to develop automated API tests
+ Utilizing Waterfall and Agile QA methodologies
+ Performing manual and regression testing for non-automated functionality and edge cases
+ Using Postman to monitor values received during API testing
+ Identifying automation requirements and crafting solutions to address testing execution challenges
+ Using Git and Tower code management tools
+ Utilizing Kanban boards and Confluence Agile development tools
