Job Duties:

Lead and manage a team of 3-5 performance test engineers.Support & technical guidance towards setting up of performance testing center of excellence across suite of oncology and VBC products.Build a scalable performance testing framework that can be reused across product lines.Standardize tools, techniques, reporting across teams. Making sure that best practices are documented and followed across the board.Develop performance scripts for identified performance critical scenariosManage cloud based JMeter distributed environmentsUnderstand the non-functional requirements from business/project teams and identify critical business scenarios and design workload model.Analyze the service level agreement objectives and create a performance test strategyExecute performance test runs and monitor the infrastructure and servers for performance and benchmark all test resultsAnalyze the test results, Identify performance bottlenecks and assist Server tuning and capacity planningPresent the report to the development/business teamWork with Development leads, Scrum masters on resourcing, schedule and execute the performance tests to meet the deadlines.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
