Software Portfolio Lead (TS/SCI Onsite)
Position Summary

Do you want to be at the forefront of Deloitte’s emerging cloud practice working on mission critical work for manager government entities? We’re looking for exceptional problem-solvers to help address our clients’ most compelling Cloud needs within the public sector. You will work along-side top engineers and technical thought leaders building Cloud solutions helping shape the future of global enterprises. You will be at the heart of the technical solutioning and leading-edge product development.

Work you’ll do:

As a Portfolio Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client’s mission critical software products. You will be responsible for defining and communicating a clear vision across the portfolio of products, creating and managing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient product development and delivery in a Cloud environment. In this role, you will support all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions to the development of functional requirements. Your expertise in agile backlog management, user research, data-driven decision-making, risk and dependency management, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence team members and stakeholders through a compelling product vision and data are essential for driving our client’s product optimization and growth. You are a self-starter, always looking for ways to bridge the gap between isolated products and teams and bring mission value to more users. You drive conversations with key government personnel and are adept at building powerful relationships.

Qualifications

Required:

Active TS/SCI security clearance or above.Bachelor's degree in a related field.5+ years’ experience in agile software product delivery, preferably in a management position.Experience in client stakeholder management, preferably in software delivery role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and presentation skills.3+ years’ experience in Agile environment.Expertise in backlog management, including Epic, Feature, User Story development, and refinement.Ability to be on-site 60% of the time at a client SCIF located in NW Washington D.C.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Desired:

Familiarity with Cloud environments, particularly AWS.Proficiency in Confluence and Jira.Experience with the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite.

Travel: You will be required to work at the client site for at least 60% of your work week.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325-$188,875.
