Job Description

Onin Staffing is seeking a Software Procurement Operations Specialist for in the Morrisville, NC area. This role is essential to managing and optimizing software procurement processes and ensuring efficient operations across various teams.

Pay Rate: $46.87/hr.1st Shift.Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Out Reporting: Generate monthly reports using SAP BO/BW, including Type 2 manual reports, and submit to Microsoft with AR purchasing validation.Invoice Reconciliation & Payments: Coordinate monthly payment requests and reconcile invoices in collaboration with Finance and Microsoft Operations teams.Program Data Review: Ensure adherence to Microsoft program requirements, manage ad hoc data updates, and provide ongoing communication with Microsoft.Compliance Reporting: Weekly reviews of OS compliance reports, addressing findings with relevant teams and communicating challenges to Microsoft.Part Number Matrix Management: Maintain and update Microsoft Part Number matrix, ensuring accurate cost adjustments and invoicing.


Work Experience

Requirements:

Technical Skills:Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex functions.Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate for data management.Data Analysis Experience: Comfortable working with large datasets.Curiosity & Learning Mindset: Willingness to understand MS software, MTM BOM, and manufacturing processes.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with SAP systems.Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
