Description We are seeking a Software Product Manager to join our team in the Financial Services industry, based in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be expected to create an outstanding user experience for consumer-facing applications, collaborate with leadership on product roadmaps, and manage the product backlog for transaction processing. You will also be working closely with development teams to create features and technical user stories for our new platform. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership • Create features, epics, and technical user stories for development teams • Conduct market and competitive research to identify gaps and opportunities • Engage with users to gain insights into their needs and preferences • Apply creative thinking to design solutions based on insights and market research • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in executing the product roadmap • Manage the product backlog for transaction processing • Integrate third-party services and SaaS vendors into our platform • Generate deep technical documentation for a variety of stakeholders • Deliver Go-to-Market and commercialization materials • Align with company’s strategic vision and corporate initiatives • Work cross-functionally to address stakeholder needs and concerns • Articulate feature benefits to customer success and product marketing teams • Influence, guide, and assist in executing version releases and go-to-market plans • Utilize data and metrics to inform product decisions • Develop attractive user experience for consumer-facing applications • Leverage skills in Android Development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Cloud Technologies, About Time, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, Communication, Payment Processing, UX, Create User Stories, API - Application Programming Interface. Requirements • Minimum of five years of experience in a Software Product Manager role within the Financial Services industry • Proficiency in Android Development • Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for project management • Experience in Bug Tracking to ensure software quality • Understanding of Cloud Technologies for software development and deployment • Proficiency in 'About Time' software for project management • Experience with AB Testing for software optimization • Knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum methodology • Ability to perform Backlog Grooming tasks effectively • Strong communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder management • Experience with Payment Processing in the financial services industry • Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design and principles • Experience in creating User Stories for effective software development • Knowledge of API - Application Programming Interface for software integration.
