Description We are on the search for a Software Program Manager in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. This role is a part of the software industry, and will require the individual to facilitate cross-team communications, minimize gaps, and keep the machine humming. Responsibilities • Facilitating communication between various teams to ensure smooth operation of projects. • Keeping the team on track by minimizing any gaps in communication or operation. • Ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications. • Maintaining and updating customer credit records to reflect the most accurate information. • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary. • Utilizing skills in Android Development, Atlassian Jira, Backend Development, and C++. • Applying knowledge of Cloud Technologies, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, and API Development. • Overseeing deployments and ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively. • Contributing to the engineering process with hands-on experience in software design and/or delivery.
