What You'll Do Leads multiple projects and oversees development activities to ensure projects are to specification and on time Provides key input to onshore/offshore/business stakeholders on project status, resource requirements, and budgetary needs Recommends development technology improvements as well as process improvements Participates in architecture decisions and deployment activities What You'll Need 3 or more years working in a related IT field 1+ years in a technical mentorship or leadership role Proficiency in C# and JavaScript (React, Angular) Functional knowledge of containerized systems like Kubernetes and/or Docker Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Experience with agile methodologies Experience with SalesForce development preferred Experience with mobile development preferred Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities Experience with or understanding of complex business processes A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Ability to teach and share knowledge with others Ability to manage complex projects from beginning to end Ability to participate in architectural decisions Ability to lead other developers of cross-functional areas for success of a project Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in and out of IT. This includes the ability to develop a presentation in PowerPoint or a related tool Proficiency in HTML/CSS/XML Proficiency in database concepts and SQL Programming Experience with unit testing and integration testing Experience with Git/CVS/TFS Proficiency in developing and consuming web services Your Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience
