Job Duties: 

Microsoft Programmer using Microsoft VB. Strong SQL skills using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle DB or other relational databases. Experience writing stored procedures, triggers and ODBC. Experience converting older Microsoft, .NET Applications to newer versions of Microsoft. NET. Experience with ASP applications preferred for conversion purposes. Experience in migrating applications from 2008, 2012 to 2016. Design, Develop and maintain applications based on system and user requirements using .Net technology. Analyzes business needs and defines and create software solutions. Resolve customer issues with software solutions and responds with suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Provide technical problem resolution for complex problems without assistance. Ensure exceptional code quality and through unit testing on every newly developed feature. Contribute to improving the quality and design of existing code base. Interacts with business users, I/T Vendors and customers to define current and future application requirements. Mentor junior developers and influence adoption of best practices among peers. 

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
