Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans. Execute test cases and document results to identify and resolve software defects. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for improved testing efficiency. Conduct regression testing to validate software releases and updates. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and reproduce reported issues. Integrate testing into the software development process. Participate in the analysis and improvement of software development and testing processes. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance and testing.

Qualifications:

Technical degree required; BS in Computer Science is optional. Proven experience in software quality assurance testing. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Familiarity with GTIMS (Graduate Training Integration Management System) is a benefit. Experience as an AETC Aircrew Instructor desired. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Solid understanding of the software development life cycle. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience:

Experience with GTIMS (Graduate Training Integration Management System) is a benefit. Experience as an AETC Aircrew Instructor desired.
