Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Test Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Test Engineer to perform testing on embedded software layered onto circuit boards inside appliances and to test WiFi connections. You will be responsible for software verification and validation testing, with a focus on WiFi and embedded systems.

ResponsibilitiesPerform testing on embedded software for appliances.Test WiFi connections and ensure proper functionality.Conduct software verification and validation testing.Collaborate with the development team to ensure code quality.Utilize GitHub for version control and code quality practices.Essential Skills1-3 years of experience in QA, development, or related fields.Proficiency in C++, C#, Python, and embedded C.Experience with software testing and quality assurance.Familiarity with GitHub and version control.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field (preferred).Experience with electrical engineering concepts.Knowledge of software development practices.Work Environment

This role is within the engineering department of a manufacturing facility, which houses over 100 software quality assurance professionals. The production level for this role is moderate. Employees typically start as consultants for a minimum of 12 months. The work environment offers standard holidays and PTO.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00
