The Software Quality Lead Engineer develops and maintains systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements.
 

As a Software Quality Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Developing the Engineering Procure Construct tendering and project execution phases.Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.Establishing and executing project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.Ensuring customer quality requirement, Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are considered in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually improve execution processes.Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field.Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have degree in Engineering, Technology, Quality Management, or related discipline.Have good working experience in Quality Engineering/Quality Control and auditing for systems, products, and processes.Have experience in reviewing, updating, and maintaining all work instructions, templates, and procedures to ensure quality.Have experience in working with quality standards: ISO 9001:2015, TickIT Plus, Six Sigma, ISO 13628-6, IEC 61508.Have proven working experience in conducting internal and external audits, preferably on teams in worldwide locations.Have good interpersonal and communication skills and able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Have effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.Be fluent in English.
