What you'll be doingLead or assist with all validation related activities in the development of new or improved computer systems.Independently work on cross-functional teams in all phases of the software development life cycle to ensure a high-quality product that meets all user requirements.Write or assist with all computer system validation documentation, including User Requirements Specifications, Design Specifications, Qualification Protocols, Risk Analysis, Test Cases, Test Defects, and Testing Summary ReportsLearn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Knowledge, Skill and AbilitiesMust have experience or advanced training in computer system validationCompletely proficient in technical writing and Microsoft Office.Strong attention to detail to identify defects and usability issues.Successful track record of handling wide-ranging activities.Extensive cross-functional team experience.Ability to organize and present technical overviews without assistance.Understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions and read and comprehend written work instructions including words and drawings.Must have basic English written and oral communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members.Familiarity with SQL Server databases (preferred).

Required Education and Experience

B.S. degree and minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience with computer system validation

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more clear with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 - $143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
