Software Sales Specialist

Pay Range: 

$110000 - $140000 / year

Purpose

Responsible for driving revenue growth by showcasing DataRadar's proactive data quality and cloud cost monitoring solution by effectively communicating the value proportion and demonstrating the platform's capabilities, helping businesses maintain high-quality data, optimize costs, and make informed decisions

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for DataRadar

Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods

Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate pricing to effectively communicate with value proposition and capabilities of DataRadar

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations and become trusted advisors on data quality and cloud cost optimization

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that address their unique needs and challenges

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation efforts and leverage marketing materials to support sales activities

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position DataRadar in the market

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to track progress and provide visibility to management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in the data analytics or cloud technology space

Strong understanding of data quality, cloud computing, and related technologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with a consultative selling approach

Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
